The project took about 7 months to get finished and delivered to the client. Some parameters of the final product included the followings.
• Matchstick size: 6mm x 6mm x 50mm
• Cubes size: 1″ x 1″
• Device working voltage: 110 v
• Cutting speed: 80 mm/sec
• Arranging speed: 18 seconds for a mold
• Mold capacity: 120 match sticks
• The material of the device: stainless steel
• The voltage of the arranger: 12 volt
• Arranger type: based on vibration
The final prototype met all the expectations. It had a good effective range and was capable of range-finding with the requested accuracy of 0.08%.
The final design was finished, prototyped and successfully tested within 5 months. Based on the customer’s request, the size of the board was 75mm x 46mm, and a mini PV panel was placed in front of the panel. For is power a 3.7V battery was used with a boost converter, providing required voltages for different parts of the board.
The final prototype was successfully made and tested. As was expected, it could be used for dimming light loads from LED to incandescent up to 500w from 0 to 100%. It could be controlled or scheduled by an app or manual control push on push off or push and hold to dim up or down. The use was also able to group lights, set timers, etc. with the app.
The product could also be used to control other devices remotely like a 2-way non-wired control, or a dimming fan base up to 500w, etc.
The project took about 9 months to get successfully finished and delivered to the client. The main challenge was to make sure that the cooking pattern was what the client had requested; therefore, it was actually tested by the client before the final prototype was made.
For making the final design, it took about three months to design, make the prototype, write the firmware and test it. The final product was according to the given requirements.

The PCB size requirement was met according to the given size with an even less thickness of 4mm that made its enclosing into the scissor’s handle easier.
The power management was done by using a battery management IC and within the firmware so that during the normal operation of the system, the power usage would be minimum.
The final design took about 6 months to get completed. Due to some changes in the original request, the firmware took most of the work time to meet all the given requirements. The final design was locally tested at the client’s location and was satisfying for him.
The design satisfied all the given condition specially and met the satisfaction of the client.
