The design took about 16 months to get designed, prototyped and successfully tested.
Some of the main features of the final product included the followings:
The PCB size requirement was met according to the given size with an even less thickness of 4mm that made its enclosing into the scissor’s handle easier.
The power management was done by using a battery management IC and within the firmware so that during the normal operation of the system, the power usage would be minimum.

The design took about 3 months to get completed and ready for the prototyping and patenting. The final design that was composed of 54 components met all the given requirements.

Also, while it was basically designed to be used as a knee walker, by changing the seat, which was designed for the knee, or leg, … it could be used for other applications by supporting more rest and convenience.

Designing a wireless network system for a mobile to mobile communication without a cellular network

The design was made, prototyped and delivered to the client in 5 months. The technique used in the design provided a highly efficient and reliable system for covering a wide area and even more distant points. The design proved that it could be used as a reliable rescue device in mountainous regions where the normal communication between cell phones are interrupted. Having checked the design, the client was quite pleased with the final outcome as it met all his requirements.
