The project took about 7 months to get finished and delivered to the client. Some parameters of the final product included the followings.
• Matchstick size: 6mm x 6mm x 50mm
• Cubes size: 1″ x 1″
• Device working voltage: 110 v
• Cutting speed: 80 mm/sec
• Arranging speed: 18 seconds for a mold
• Mold capacity: 120 match sticks
• The material of the device: stainless steel
• The voltage of the arranger: 12 volt
• Arranger type: based on vibration
The design satisfied all the given condition specially and met the satisfaction of the client.
The design took about 3 months to get completed and ready for the prototyping and patenting. The final design that was composed of 54 components met all the given requirements.

Also, while it was basically designed to be used as a knee walker, by changing the seat, which was designed for the knee, or leg, … it could be used for other applications by supporting more rest and convenience.
The product took about two months to be designed, prototyped and shipped to the client. The final functional prototype met all the requirements and was satisfying for the client.
The final design was delivered to the customer and he made it by his own 3d printer. The printed prototype was successfully assembled on his drone, and he was quite satisfied with the work especially he was able to get a design that could be created by a 3D printer without any need to go to big companies’ retailers.
The client was very pleased with the new design, as it considerably reduced the time in changing the holders in the production line for filling different types of bottle. Subsequently and having checked the capabilities of the new system, he also requested us for designing a central mechanical system that could easily change the size of all holders used in the production line together.
The final 3D design work including the testing and design modifications took about three weeks with an additional 4 weeks for the electronic design before it was delivered to the client. The design was later prototyped by the client and he was fully satisfied with the outcome.
