To solve this problem, consider a schedule for weekly or even short daily meetings with your team so that you can check objectives and the progress. By doing this, all the team members know where the others stand at that moment and gain the same understanding on the progress and its setbacks. 4.Taking too many projects
While multitasking has its own benefits, it isn’t always good, especially in manufacturing. When your workers are under the pressure to juggle different projects and switch tasks frequently, mistakes will happen and as a result, your production will slow down.

Workplace safety is always an issue in manufacturing industries. If you and your team don’t take basic precautionary measures, this will lead to accidents. Your workforce will decrease and no one would be willing to come to your industry.
Your workers should be well trained and have practice in dealing with any critical conditions. Also, all safety equipment should be professionally inspected on a regular basis.
6.Planning without input
Planning a project needs the collaboration and input from all people involved. Failing to get feedback from your workers can increase the workload on them and this can slow the productivity. In addition, if you don’t meet your customers’ expectations, you may lose your future business.
Always consults your workers even during the planning stages. Assign them the tasks and then regularly get their feedback. This will ensure you that you can meet your customers’ expectations.
